In June of 1996, Shannon Smith started working at KTPI. She moved to Lancaster with her kids after working at several radio stations in the San Bernardino/Riverside area where she was raised. Shannon has many years of great Country music stories to tell. She remembers the moment she became a Country music lover in 1986 when she saw George Strait’s Amarillo by Morning video~It was life-changing. These days Eric Church, Brothers Osborne, and the Zac Brown Band are a few of her favorites.
